By booking an appointment with M&M Lash Boutique, you agree to the following terms.
A non-refundable deposit of $35.00 is required to secure all bookings. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
We require a minimum of 24–48 hours' notice for any changes. Late cancellations or rescheduling will result in the loss of your deposit.
Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and a new deposit fee will be required.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve the concern.
Results may vary between clients depending on natural lash condition and aftercare. We are not responsible for poor retention due to incorrect aftercare or external factors.
Clients must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if it is not safe to proceed.
